Osmoze est intervenu au sein de la médiathèque Anna Langfus à Sarcelles afin de participer à son projet de réhabilitation. En effet, la médiathèque était, auparavant peu accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite, et aux familles avec des enfants en bas âges. Le projet dans son ampleur, apparaît comme double car il participe également au grand projet de redynamisation de Sarcelles en créant un cadre culturel actif.
